This journey of self-discovery is all about you and what you intend to discuss and commit to in the here and now. I represent licensed professional coaching from licensed professional counselors as defined in the Texas Licensed Professional Counselor Act.

We begin our initial consult with a quick 30- min call to listen & seek understanding on what each couple/individual needs to navigate their current situation & determine appropriate next steps.

This will be a 30-min session by phone or virtual setting, with specific goals or hopes that you would like to accomplish. We will be discussing the topic and the perspective on what is going on in a safe, impartial, & confidential environment.
