Root and Rise Coaching is a self- pay practice, with no insurance accepted. As a self- pay client you will enjoy greater privacy & control in our work together. We take PayPal, Credit Cards, or Zelle payments.

After scheduling your first free 30-minute consultation appointment, you will receive a live phone call to discuss your request/need. Next you will receive an email with your intake paperwork. Your information will be safely stored online.

Once you fill out & return the intake forms, we will schedule one call to clarify your request. Then you can choose how to proceed with our online portal or direct appointment calendar on our website.

We have several different options for our coaching sessions to accommodate your needs and maximize our time together.

I am a professional coach, not a licensed therapist, counselor, mentor, or health professional. I work with people who are done reacting and ready to live with clarity and confidence. All information discussed with me is kept confidential and only would it be disclosed if there is a situation indicating harm to self or others. Professionaly, I work with the highest Ethical Standards and adhere to the ICF core values.
